Go to Halo Waypoint and join a Spartan Company (it’s like a clan) with 5 or more members. In fact, only cosmetic items will be unlocked from these packs as a means of keeping the playing field balanced between teams in this competitive-styled multiplayer mode. Power weapons, such as the Rocket Launcher or Sniper Rifle, and even vehicles, cannot be obtained from REQ Packs in the Arena side of multiplayer. “Won’t unlockable weapons and vehicles break the balance of combat in multiplayer?” Mister Chief shares a similar thought and puts those doubts to rest. When unlocked, these packs will grant a randomized pool of new armor sets, visors, weapons, vehicles, stances, and the best of them all, assassination animations. Voiced by none other than Ron Swanson…uh…Nick Offerman, Mister Chief explains that the REQ Points players gain during multiplayer matches in both Arena and Warzone will in turn unlock REQ Packs.
